With two connected sites, 17 gourmet restaurants, 11 bars, multiple pools and 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, the oceanfront Moon Palace is a luxurious mega-resort located in the party paradise of Cancun, Mexico.

When parent company Palace Resorts decided to target the UK for increased sales, they realised that new visuals were needed to create a sense of connection with this new audience.

They asked us to film updated video content for use as both promotional tools and website content, along with a master asset library that could be used for online listings, social media promotion and email campaigns. The new images made the resort itself the star of the show, with beautiful, glossy shots that call to mind the pages of Architectural Digest.

Sophisticated videos represented the many high-end offerings at the resort, from the cocktail bars to fine dining restaurants and the world-class spa. Palace Hotels saw a significant increase in enquiries for the Moon Palace resort in the months following the visual asset refresh.
